They do but I've never seen it so packed that they're needed.
Yes but you have to make sure you get through to a person. If you leave a message they will not check them. I heard this from the manager himself.

You can do reservations, but if going outside of the rush times, you dont need them. My husband and i went at 5:30 during the week day and found seats no problem. The service was also fast and efficient. If going on a Friday night, you may have a bit more trouble.
