Take the receipt and fo back to the store and let them know that you been calling, and no reply, take all that you brought back to the store in the bag. And ask for your money back for what you were over charged for.
Im sorry, I dont know the answer to that. The store, though not close to my house, is very near to a friend who I visit often. If ever i have a question or problem, i just stop by and they take care of it.
