They are thiefs! They charge you an insane amount of guarantee and do not return it to you. They say yes, but check your cards !!! When you ask for bank vouchers they don't have them. The service is lousy and including the manager's scammer!

It didn't happen to me. They asked me on December 26 for 100 us of guarantee. They told me on the day of departure that they were canceling it and in days the discount would be made. Today, January 3, the discount of that guarantee was automatically made. Cleaning if they did, only that the beds were made and nothing else. But the rest was changed and the garbage was taken away.

And it's true I went 4 days and there was no cleaning service in the room.

You are right the service is horrible they charge you for everything and the place has cockroaches, they say you can't smoke in the rooms and you feel the smell everywhere if you don't want to ruin your vacation look for something else

I had no problems in 2016. Now I plan to go again. How ugly about the theft of clothes!
