Today Friday, I was with my wife for lunch and ordered Bowling with two companions, the meat was hard and without flavor! on the wagon in none of its stores had never happened. First, the server was very cold without any customer service skills!

In what location did that happen to you Pablo? La Carreta is an excellent Cuban food chain. I do not know what could have happened.

Been a customer since they opened the Bird Rd location, they have a tremendous turn around of fresh food, weekdays stick to the specials of the day and chef choices.

It is not common ... but everything is possible. It is a place with consistently good service and dishes.
