On a work trip. Ordered steak tacos and my friend ordered chicken Caesar salad. He told the waitress extra dressing and gave her a reason (its usually dry to him) but I could tell she wasn't listening to him. Did he get extra dressing? No. Our appetizer needed more blue cheese and the manager brought it out to us contaminated with a noodle that must've fell in there. What else has fallen in the sauces back there?? But what I want to pay special attention to is my meal. EV.ER.REE.THING. on my plate was cold. The beans were still frozen. The meat was cold and the rice tasted and looked like it was scraped off of the side of the pan. It was crunchy and cold. I had my waitress literally stick her finger inside my food so she could see. The manager came and replaced it. Guess what? Even worse. I've added pictures and video. After the manager came and replaced the meal twice, no one refilled our waters. I had to get up and get my own to go cup. My friend ordered a water to go and after waiting 5 minutes for that was brought an empty cup. Final result?? They actually tried to charge for my replacement meal. I'll NEVER eat at another The Cheesecake Factory. Waste of time, money and tastebuds! Grande Luxe would never!!!

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. The only reason I come back is because it is my daughter's favorite place 😑. Service Depends who you get I pray on you. I love Leo He is always 10/10 There is another 2 server I'm loyal too I forgot the girl name but her cute pinkish orangy hair she always goes out of her way to attend my daughter whos special needs. Food Lord pray u don't get a ball of hair like I have in the thia wrap 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. If you don't want your pasta hard I do say soft pasta please Management Lord help this place. I had an incident there and no manager even offered to do an incident report the only reason they did it was because I told the manager Edwin ed something is my daughter's favorite manager due to he understand my lil girl special needs. I straight up told him if I report this and there is no incident report y'all can get major trouble and he didn't know how to do one this company needs to train their manager more. Not his fault I do blame the gm and the trainer who trained him. Overall I only come back due to my daughter
