BTW I know you work with them so you'll find every excuse to cover them, why not just listen to customer feed back and figure out what can be done to get both your 1 star companies up to atleast 2 stars....
1) what was said to them to make them rude? They're nit just answering the phone rude. If so then a lot of properties would drop them 2) what did boyfriend threaten to do to driver. Why wasn't police called? What's report number if so? 3) where is proof of damage? a picture is taken of every vebicle before its towed. All four sides. Per broward code. So if they damaged vehicle, show the damage when you picked it up. They have to fix it. Its the law. You make the accusation questions and have nothing to show to back it up. But they have pictures to show the no damage or dameage was there and the violation for which you were towed. I say your mad becayae you got towed and they didn't belive your story why you violated rules to be towed. So therefore you give them a bad rating and complain about supposed rudeness and threats without saying if you did anything to cause it. But I'm guessing you did nothing or said anything to cause a tow or the supposed rudeness or threat.
