I came here with my aunt and asked the lady to do square nails. They came out different shapes and sizes and looked terrible. She also cut my finger badly to the point I was bleeding. When I asked them to fix my nails they wanted to charge me more money to fix their mistakes. The work was terrible and the customer service was even worse. I will not be coming back to this place.

I came here to get my nails done and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. She seemed like she just wanted to get the job done and not help me color match or anything. She also cut me when doing my nails, who knows of their tools are even cleaned or not. I will not be coming back here again.

So I did my nails on Friday last week and on Tuesday on vacation one pop off then Thursday another one popped off. Today Saturday I came to do get it fix because it popped off less than week. I arrived Friday so I couldn’t come yesterday. Why was I charged $10 for nails that popped off. I was on vacation no working or action. Really relaxing on a resort. If your nail technician cannot do nails own up to it. Don’t make a client pay for your mistake.

Everytime I go they change their prices. The brochure says one price but they charged me a higher price. Now I will always ask before any service. This place is trying to rip you off
