My experience was with the maintenance team, namely TJ. Within 2 weeks, we required servicing on our air conditioning and our washing machine motor went out. Both times TJ was efficient and friendly in getting both important issues resolved. We even got our washing machine replaced the same day. I'm glad knowing he's around when vital issues arise.
