Meat Market is a classy restaurant. There isn't a dress code however i wouldn't go there wearing a hoodie and tennis shoes. You are going to a place where you'll see Rolls Royce and Lamborginis parked outside. Use your common sence, think of nice and casual to classy and conservative. Nice shirt, designer jeans and leather shoes will do just fine.
