This place was recommended from our ABB host plus it's next door. Went on a Friday early, so we had time to enjoy their HH. The HH menu was good 2 for 1 drinks and apps. We sat at the main bar. The bartender was friendly. We had two dozens of oysters, shrimp Rangoon, mussels with toast, and hash puppies. Pear martini and old fashion for drinks. The first round of sampler oysters had three different kind, but for the 2nd dozen, we decided to just have the Blue Point, they were very good. The mussels on a toast was different. I never had mussels serve like it, but the flavor was there. The Shrimp Rangoon was okay. Drinks are strong. Overall, it's a great place for HH.

Dinner 7/28 - Food was good but sadly service was terrible. After placing our initial order we were not waited on further. We had to clean up our apps and plates ourselves meanwhile our Seabass, that was for some unknown reason served at the same time as our appetizer, got cold. I ultimately got up and found a manager to ask about getting our table cleared and getting plates for our next course. He got someone to clear our dirty dishes and get clean plates but did not check on us nor make apology that our Seabass was cold. Again after finishing that dish no one was to be found. We were hungry and wanted to order additional dishes and drinks but eventually found the manager to request our check to just cut our losses and leave. Our check was presented with an automatic 20% gratuity for table of 4. I again found the manager to be told 'That's Standard'!? I again explained the utter lack of service and that the auto-gratuity was completely inappropriate to which he just said ok, he would take it off. The waiter processed the bill without a word to us and the manager made no apology for anything. We went home hungry and very disappointed. We eat out regularly and I don't remember any time in recent history having had such poor service and lack of caring on the part of the manager. Can not recommend this place!
