Always taking forever to give out the food, while their employees are standing around doing. Nothing

It honestly depends on the employees and your locations. One time I went there when it wasn't crowded at all. And it took a while to get my food. Then sometimes I go when it's crowded. And I got my food when I wasn't even done filling up my soda.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. If they are not Standing around, they are conversing with each other and even look at the customer's and continue their conversation. Even in the drive thru.
