The hotel is excellent, but they are tranfers, they keep someone else's money, they charge fines for smoking, when my husband and I never smoke. Total they charge it to the card and there is no claim whatsoever.

In my case I had no problems. They returned the deposit to my card almost immediately, and they did not charge me anything extra. Cleanliness can improve, but it wasn't too bad.

They are fast to collect, but to return the money they are quite slow, you have to send them an email explaining and demanding the return in my case 15 days passed, the cleaning of the room was deplorable and the general condition of the hotel as well ...
