Is it in compliance with corporate policy for a franchise location to represent that it is open 24 hours but refuse to help customers arriving at anytime between ~2:30 am and 4 am, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year?

That's not the point if u sleep or not,is matter of principal's. Where is the helping hand, what about u mother is looking for food, after a long day of work. Pls complain to the main office.

I have no idea but there may be provisions if there is a question of safety or a situation where loitering may be an issue. I am not from the area and late night it is only the drive thru that is open. Check with the corporate office

Huh? So is it 24 hours or not? That's weird; are you a frequent complainer? If there open they help you unless your asking for something beyond them. Need to hear both side of the story. Call corporate HR this is beyond Google maps.
