Beware! Lobby was closed at 8:30 PM even thought its supposed to be until 11 PM everyday. I live down the street and biked there so this really sucked. If you want to stop serving walk-in customers early at least change your times so people don't waste their time.

So its only 8 :35 at night and the lobby is already locked and closed for walk ins??? This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!This Mc Donalds just keeps on getting worse and more disappointing as days go by..I'm sure many good employees need this job location,but the lazy ones unfortunately give it a bad reputation and mess it up for the rest..

In desperate need of new management. This has to be a franchise, I can’t fathom them being a corporate location. Ordered 2 chicken Big Mac combos, one without pickles. Pulled up to an absent payment window. Car ahead drives off, we wait a bit and no one’s here…Drive to the pickup window and the employee is very confused. Explained how no one was at the first window to take payment. Both sandwiches had pickle, one was missing a whole patty. Fries were cold—not luke warm, but cold. I went inside to exchange the fries and get a complete sandwich. Gentleman was friendly, but they gave us the wrong size fries. Found a hair in the sandwich to boot. I worked at McDonald’s. I worked shifts handling the fries, fried products, grill, and table while a colleague handled the counter, window, drinks, and McCafe items—we did this Friday and Saturday nights during rush. I don’t expect fineries from McDonald’s, just hot and fast food. Their whole brand is consistent, hot, fast food. Might as well bring in some Ronalds at this location and call it a circus.

The manager seems to not know what she is doing or how to run a McDonald's. Nor does she value customers. I have seen people walk out because they take too long to get to them
