Exactly,no one in the state of Florida pays over 850$ for for the land their trailer sits on.By having high rent they force owners to make efficiencies to afford the high rent or risk losing their homes.The association is a joke.I have the right to do whatever I please to my house.If I want a paved driveway instead of grass muddy driveway that's up to me to decide and not the association.If I want a wood fence so nobody can see my yard or soo my dogs won't see other dogs and keep barking I should have the right to do so.If I want to make an efficiency I should have the right to modify my house to the way it pleases me.The most expensive trailer park to live in is this one.Why should any home owner pay over $850 monthly for land?1150 for those with lake views.Truly ridiculous and disgusting.
