How do I get to speak to a manager with a complaint?????? Can't get through to anyone. I originally called the Geek Squad, they put me on hold and never came back on line. DOESN'T ANYONE WANT TO FREAKIN WORK ANYMORE??????????

You cannot call a Best Buy store by phone directly (yes I know makes no sense - to me). The only way you can talk to a store manager with a complaint is to walk into the store and talk face to face.

People want to work, they just don't want to be treated badly.

I would go to your nearest best buy store.

I would Google search for the Best Buy Main 1-800 Phone number. I go to the store to take care of the issues I have in the past. Keep in mind that they are under staff and looking for Employees. I hope this helps you.
