Who is the general manager of the Boynton location? After calling and speaking with a national Best Buy rep I asked to speak with a store manager and was transferred only to get voicemail and left one but no one has called me back!!

I asked the same question recently. A young lady by the name of Shay offered to help me. She did a great job. But ... you cannot call a store. Your call routes through a call center. You have to go in.
