Why aren't your elevators working?? But you charge for every little thing? Do you know how much i paid a night? To find out when i got there the customer service was not high standard?

Very Sorry for your experience, we as the owners have recently voted to make a few changes with our growing pains...Our location is truly amazing and has exceeded our current service levels, which are actively correcting daily...Please try us again. Our building is in such a fantastic location with an amazing beach, and 9th floor pool deck, make sure to enjoy our Sunday Brunch by the pool with DJ, get there early and rent a cabana..Amazing. Hope to see everyone there soon..Oh yes, Elevators get busy during the peak season, but we are working on a schedule to maximize guests mobility, again, growing pains we are working effectively for a solution.
