This was the first time I rented an RV. RV Rental Miami made my experience quite easy, they explained all the details extensively so that I did not have any problems on my trip and I could enjoy the RV to the fullest, Rob in customer service on the phone is Simply fantastic, he has infinite patience and makes you feel that no question is stupid, he answered all my questions extensively and always with a fantastic good humor, at the time of Pick up the RV, Joline explained all the legal details, and Dean explained all the Operation of the RV in a very easy to understand way, during the trip, I had the need to ask a couple of questions and the answer was immediate and correct. Whenever I do an RV trip, this will definitely be the company I use.
