Jack Stack was one of the places we visited when I took a trip to KC for BBQ. The place that I'd put on your bucket list is Oklahoma Joe's!
If you happen to go, try their prime rib and lamb ribs. In appetizer fry the BBQ shrimp and for desert the have carrot cake cup cake(ask for cupcakes not the cake) its really good. They also have a good spinach salad with salmon if you want a healthy option. For burnt ends you have to try Joes BBQ.
Kansas City is a great place for BBQ. There are plenty of places to have excellent food. Each local has his/her favorite go-to spot.
It's good. Nothing I'm writing home about. But fills you up and good food overall.
You have to eat here if you are in KC!!
