Very rude association management and they ask for ridiculous amount for there application fee when a full background check is only $45 per person also DO NOTE this building is in very bad condition don’t be fooled by the lobby/elevator

Oceanview Park is now very well managed and represent a very nice place to live. Yes there is rules and they are selective on residents to make sure that quality of life and resect of each others is good and the property stays in good condition. They recently totally revamped the Pool Area with a new landscaping and addition of modern furniture (Lounge chairs, tables, chairs, umbrella,...). The Board in place double the size of the gym and will install in Jan 2019 brand new equipments. Landry room equipment will be replaced in first quarter of 2020 and landscaping will be revamp in front of both 800 & 1000 building. We had a community pool party and a Holiday Party at no cost in Nov and Dec and we will have Food Trucks coming up starting in Jan. 2020. Looking for a quiet and nice place to live, OceanView Park is for you.
