A warning to everyone. Stay far away. Management (First Service) has a very bad reputation and so does the board who are there on a personal power trip. I did many short rentals in a building where it is not allowed because they don't care about the property and each time I rent the conditions get worse. I might come back if they take better care of the place and pay attention to the people who live here.
