I have lived here for 8 years now they just keep updating everything included in your rent is garbage pickup and they charge you if you have a pet they also take care of all your appliances if they break they have been very good in the past we have Gates and a pole that comes down so we are a gated communityif you go online you can see the gym the pool the clubhouse to tennis courts volleyball court and also places to grill picnic area also a dog area they also provide little doggie bags around the entire apartment complex so you can pick up after your dog
