I agree with MOPC answer. Most of what we consume at home is in the refrigerator for a few weeks and are fine. We will carry some things to the 4th of July celebration tomorrow.
At our house, usually a day or two, our boys love Mt. Olive Pickles
It depends on the item. Generally our products will keep indefinitely. They won't spoil, but they may get dark and soft over time. A few items have shorter life - our Roasted and Marinated Red Peppers, usually last only seven days after opening.
