Can you walk your dog (on leash) through the park, not only the dog area?

I think theres poop bags around the park. If there are I'd say yea.

So apparently I wasn’t able to, i took one of my dogs with me to the park to hang out with a couple of friends and the park ranger told us we could only have the dog in the dog park.

Yes you can but you have to be very careful with your pet because there's a lot of kid playing around, but also there a place in the park for pets.
