Do you know the managers name? I have to bring a defective item in and the corporate office is sending a gift card to the store for me (in live a ways away) just want to know who to ask for when I call.

I googled the Lincoln Nebraska store, no names came up, why is this an odd question? Wanting to talk to the right person about a dangerous product failure and the large dollar amount involved and the fact that I will be making a 110 mile round trip and want to have my ducks in a row beforehand.... doesn't seem odd to me at all.
