So gas hike startsxat midnight nov 1 2017...but stores closed at 2120 with employee mopping inside with raised gas prices...2.88 on 10-31-17.why?

Theyre open 24 hrs with sign...and another sign tnite said closed till 5 am.

They are allowed to have everything in place when they open. Even if they change it before leaving for the night.

They always close for a short time at night to tend to the cleaning of the store, the daily cash receipts, etc...
