I truly feel for you! We almost bought a Samsung washer and dryer from Lowe's, but after much extensive research we opted to buy a Speed Queen washer and dryer as we heard how bad Samsung's service is sorry I can't help you but I wish you the best of luck with them!
I would contact Samsung directly. If you can't get results with them, get in touch with the state (Commonwealth if you live in Virginia) Consumer Affairs Office. Good luck to you.
If you have the manual, look for a help number and call it. They can give you names of certified repair people. Warranty work is often hard to get because repair people don't want to wait to be paid or to file for reimbursement. Doesn't Lowes take care of warranty work? If you talk to Samsung help, ask them to send a letter to YOU that guarantees amount they will pay for work. I am jumping through these same hoops with a Nortech / Nordine made HVAC...what a pain in the ....! Sorry I cant be more help. :-)
I have a Samsung washer and dryer. I have bought several parts and installed myself. Some were cheap and some were not. If you can't do it ck the internet for a local service company. Lowes should be able to help.
