I went to this dealership after my mom bought two vehicles from the lot - why not? The salesman, Mike, was awesome! 2018 Jeep Compass- Loved the experience he provided! However, after about a month and a half, I went to another shop since this dealership stays busy in the service department. They sold me the vehicle with only replacing two tires instead of all four and then had to replace the start/stop battery - they said it was a “courtesy” after showing the diagnostic from the other shop. And now - the screen has a glare in it that keeps glitching, which will not allow me to use it. I called and the service woman got extremely rude with me after asking her if she knew would it could be since they didn’t have appointments until August. “Sir, I’m not a technician, I don’t know.” So far, I have had a problem with the tires, the start/stop battery, and now the screen. I’m not sure if I should be anxious about having 3 problems after buying the car after three months. The woman in the service department needs to be taught a lesson on customer service.

When I arrived without an appointment, I was immediately greeted by Dave Wilson, who showed me the Jeep Gladiators in stock. We discussed the options I was interested in, and after considering a factory order, agreed on a 2020 model on their lot. The next day, I drove my trade-in to the dealer site, got an excellent offer, and settled the deal. This is clearly a dealership that knows its business, is focused on service, and treats its customers well. The sales staff and business office work well together, and the clients benefit. Highly recommended.

I purchased my first Jeep yesterday from Dominion of Bedford and it was a wonderful experience. Pat Meador was the gentleman that handled my purchase and he was awesome...very knowledgeable about the vehicle and great to work with. The entire staff was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone....and I love my Jeep!

Pat was amazing to work with! Very honest and kind, he was helpful over the phone and in person. My car is excellent and the dealership as a whole was incredible, and Sherie was willing to assist with the registration and title, even though my registration had expired. I would definitely recommend visiting them and working with them!

We have implemented the following actions to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers: -Public areas are sanitized on a regular basis. This includes entry doors, counters, sales desks and other areas with frequent contact -Any employee showing signs of any illness is being asked to stay home. Additional PTO has been made available. -Frequent hand washing by our employees is required. -Each vehicle is being sanitized after being used or shown. -We are suspending the customary handshake during this time. -We are maintaining the recommended social distancing when possible. -Mask are required.
I think they do. Call their service department but I believe they do.
