If you don't want something on your McGriddle say no egg but it won't come with an egg in most cases.
It doesn't come with egg on it. The egg is inside.
If one wants egg one must specify that when you place your order...ie..bacon, egg,and cheese mcgriddle...versus sausage mcgriddle.
