They have er wait times in their website.
When I took my 8 yr old granddaughter the waiting room was filthy, receptionist rude, pediatrician sent orders that said STAT yet waited for hrs, nurse stated facts that were incorrect, a dirty cloth upholstered chair was exam table and saw previous patient leaving - all sweaty, Dr ordered tests but when I spoke to radiology we had to wait for hrs as no ER exam room to go back to. My daughter met me & rushed grandchild to Arnold Palmer. Still have bill. .
If you call they won't tell you anything they'll tell you if it's an emergency to come in. One thing good is that they take patients depending on the severity of ailments first So the flu will have to wait even if you were first if a trauma patient arrives.
Wait time in the ER is 3 hours average even when it's not busy.
