Rockledge Villas is such a great place to live! Apartment was super clean moving in. The grounds are kept beautifully and immaculate clean. Marilyn, the superintendent always has a smile and happy energy when you see her. She is awesome and if you need anything and goes out of her way to help. We did not have that experience with other managers at the complex we lived before. She is a GEM! Grounds are kept beautifully and my wife loves all the plants and flowers, great care and attention to detail!

We absolutely LOVE living here. The view is amazing. The apartment is prefect. The grounds are beautiful. It's also very quiet. The pool is beautiful. The office manager worked really hard to get the pool fixed properly so it was safe for us. The pool is always clean. If you can it's worth moving here. This is one of the best apartment complex in the area. They really try to make it nice for the BIPOC (brown indigenous people of color) community and POC (people of color) community to feel safe. It's a great and safe community.

No pool laundry facilities has 2 washers and 2 dryers never replaced blinds in bedroom after golf ball hit and broke window need I go in

My first year is almost up and I'm about to sign the lease to stay another year. Marilyn helped me with the whole process moving in and made it very easy on me. She worked around my schedule as I'm very busy. I love living here and will definitely be staying.
