Sure. Dog parks would be the natural place to hand out business cards. That would probably be the best way to handle this, since then you'd get to meet the pet and owner and they would get to meet you, and you'd be free to just...not mention that you pet sit if someone gave you a bad vibe. You would want to get permission from the park to post flyers or leave cards just sitting there, unless there is a corkboard or some other area specifically for that purpose, not only due to the litter problem that they could cause, but also because the park would not want the liability of seeming to endorse you.
