If you open at 5 am then why is 5:03 am and no service? Hmmmm. Def one place that prob should be removed from beulaville. Poor service, sanitation is less than lacking, and ice cream machine never works.

I would call the corporate office for McDonald's and complain.

Ice cream machine is isnt up till after 6, cuz it has am automatic rimer on it and it goea on defrost over night, each McDonald's ice xream machine is like that. The rest could be due tova lazy manager, cuz i have been there several times where there was goid service and crappy service. If you call there and explain ur issue you had they will make up for it.
