UPDATED: If you have family there you must check on the food, lack of food, and uncooked meats they’re fed. I will attach photos. Just last week several residents were told there was no more food for breakfast, and therefore went without. This day I went and brought back biscuits and hash browns from Bojangles. I have since started bringing my family member meals. Dinners Friday night was a scoop of chicken salad on lettuce, with 2 bags of chips and a cup of fruit. Saturday’s dinner was a bologna sandwich!The town police are there several times a week due to residents assaulting one another. A couple of med-technicians have been caught selling and taking residents medication. Medications are sometimes missed because the facility didn’t pickup medications from pharmacy, and the food - portions and quality are very low. If you have a love one there you must be there each day to check to see if they’re being cared for. If you notice the other reviews they’re the same: food, staff high or drunk, and filthy. Then you will notice the response from the “owner” saying they appreciate the feedback and if you will call they will address the issues. I’ve called the number and there’s no live voice, you leave a message. And no call back Update September 2, 2022 Soon coming

If it weren't for specific employees this facility would have 5 star ratings.. Carrie Jordan has shown on a number of occasions that she is either high or drunk at work. I'm not sure why this is always by passed. She has clearly come out and said it to my father in her care. He usually laughs as he isnt sure how to respond. I then learned from a random search that she was posting about my father on her facebook account. She is very unprofessional, and since she has been working here we have started looking for a new facility to house my father. I hope you randomly test these healthcare workers...as I also found out from my father that Carrie never NEVER finished high school, yet she is in charge of the health and wellbeing of my father and a bunch of other elderly people. This is unacceptable. She needs to be held responsible for posting things online about people inside the home as well as showing up drunk or high whichever it may be. I dont stand for this and I will be reporting her to the state as well.

Management portrays a great work environment, friendly staff, and take pride in this facility. This is a complete lie! The dirtiest place I have ever worked. Very few rooms are clean the rest are beyond disgusting, flies all over the residents, roaches crawling on their beds and now bed bugs. As for the staff very few do their job with integrity and morals. Surprise inspections would benefit the residents.
