I have not had that happen either. Always pay with card. Doesn't surprise me though that it happens. Happens at all places like this.
I personally have not had that happen I would ask to speak to a manager if that problem persists but I e also had poor service many times so I no longer go there
Idk...usually pay with card. Server was probably trying to keep it for tip. Service is inconsistant. If its busy service is lousy. Once we were seated and host forgot to tell server. Then had to wait over an hour for food after we got our drinks. Needless to say food was cold. Horrible experience. I suggest going in afternoon when its not busy.
You sound a tad obnoxious and pretentious. Probably not too much fun to wait on. If you want to keep whining or complaining, call their office or the BBB. If it upsets you, don't go there.

I did go to management twice no attempt to solve any problems. Basically she said ... hit the highway.
