No you do not.
You do not need an appointment. You can come down and look at the cats dogs just about anytime you like. There is no pressure there to take any animals with you. Sometimes we go there on Saturdays, and we bring donations such as food & toys. Then just hang out and play with the dogs and cats. The staff there are really nice, and appreciate new guests.
