I have a stray cat I would like to keep. Does the NMB Humane shelter have a low cost clinic that will spay her and give her the necessary vaccines?

No clinic on site. They will however, determine if you're AT NEED and can write a "coupon" for a low cost spay/neuter at a sponsoring vet office.
