Their spices are mixed together and there are several you can use in oil dipping. Make sure you get a card this way when you buy 10 you get one spice free. They will also help you select what you need for what you are cooking
They would definitely be able to make up a kit for you with custom spices and oil!! They honor many of my custom requests. :)
I haven't seen them, they sell flavored olive oil. Their website comes up when you type in spice merchants.
They don't to my knowledge.
