Bought a riding mower the cost was $999.99 on Saturday 5/26/18 u told us the delivery date was Sunday 5/27/18. never got the delivery never got a phone call explaining why they couldn't make the delivery.

I hope you kept your receipt because if you didn't you might not get along more from Lowe's they got so many people working there and don't nobody know anything about what's going on period. And if you caught a corporate office it's the same way they don't know nothing about what's going on in the store

Long as you have the receipt and everything just call the store and they have to stand behind it there should be no issues
