Yes you could volunteer but would need to be accompanied by an adult and go to volunteer orientation after you fill out a paper to volunteer. Hope that helps.
Sounds like a plan. I wish you much luck. I went to the shelter to adopt a small pooch. I did not see what I was looking for. I suggest that you call the shelter and speak with a manager or a supervisor and share your interest. Now that school is out I think I would be an excellent ideal for them to bring you on board.
