Waiting at least 15 min. Now after ordering. Still no sign of getting our food.They are out of sandwiches...The line is growing...Could not get regular coke out of dinning room.Had to get it from behind the counter.

The sandwich has "gone viral" and is being reported sold out in many places. However, I find that I have to budget at least 20 mins if wait time anytime I have been to the Popeyes on Memorial. Unless you just happen to get what they already have sitting under the heaters. Understandable, they're often very busy. Based on the time of the original post it looks like you were eating there around 5:30 p.m. CST One of the busiest times there.

Odd I've never had an issue at the one on memorial and have been there several times. Hopefully they have not changed management. That seems to be the thing that turns places from good to bad. Sorry you had a bad experience there.
