Is there a fee for beach driving of dune buggies etc. ? Is it allowed ?

There is a fee. I'm not sure what the daily fee is ($20.00?). However, if you buy the yearly, it's $50.00, I believe. We were there for 3 days so that was what we did.

Yes there is a small fee ..

There is a place near the aquarium that you can drive on the beach. I don't think there is a fee but I do not know for certain.
