You should not, some people are severely allergic to dogs and find it very upsetting. I mean we dont allow smoking in the store.

I think it is; but because of how busy Lowes is it's probably not a good idea to take a puppy there.

I see dogs, puppies in the store all time most people either talk to owner and dog or pay no attention to the animal I don't see anything wrong with it.
