Poor customer service, the new norm.
I'm not from that area, but people working there seem to be already agitated, although I guess it depends on who you ask, 3 employees were helpful, but 2 or the three were short with quick answers, meaning just not polite at all.
I call it Slowe's & yes it's impossible to get good knowledgeable help a lot of the time there. Like the saying goes...... Good help is hard to find!
