Does anyone but myself have trouble getting help from a assistant here. They ack like I'm aburden sometimes,I don't get it. Isn't thats what they get paid to do?

Poor customer service, the new norm.

I'm not from that area, but people working there seem to be already agitated, although I guess it depends on who you ask, 3 employees were helpful, but 2 or the three were short with quick answers, meaning just not polite at all.

I call it Slowe's & yes it's impossible to get good knowledgeable help a lot of the time there. Like the saying goes...... Good help is hard to find!
