No. Not required to use pharmacy either. You can go to either pharmacy or eatery without membership. Enter via exit instead of entry to go directly to either.

I've never had to show ID to get food in the food court. I'm pretty sure you can get food without having a membership

I was not aware of the food court thing but I know the pharmacy can't prohibit someone with out a membership
