They do have a year-round pharmacy section of the store so I would imagine they do sell ice packs, however as the previous poster advised, it could be a seasonal item or one that is not constantly in stock. May also need to look for the ones that are NOT reusable, for a more convenient buy if the reusable ones are not available. 😁
They do sell reusable ice bags here but I do not know if it is a all year round thing. It might be seasonal or it might be a hit and miss item. Sounds like you might need to try some samples in order to get to the bottom of this.🤗
