Thier popcorn shrimp is saesoned with salt and pepper plain, deep fried til golden and served, not special but still tasty.
Not sure you would have to call and ask them. But as someone that runs a restaurant more than likely its flavorless frozen shrimp prebreaded and deep fried. From a large company like us foods or sysco.
