One of my most favorite shops in Humboldt county. Not only are the products they offer yummy and beautiful, the owners are incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me pick out all the ingredients that make amazing miso soup for example. They are just so nice and welcoming. I buy sushi rice, savory mochi, snacks, sushi making supplies, beautiful paper lamps and much more there. Highly recommend!

They do carry dumpling wrappers, but they're not gluten free. Dumpling wrappers are made of wheat flour. You may want to consider using rice paper instead.

Yes they do carry umeboshi. Right now they are only open on Fridays and Saturday
No premade boba, but it's easy to cooked them at home. You can make them sweet or plain. Look it up on youtube for more info
We bought the bonito flakes recently and they do have pickled ginger
They have a wide selection of spicy noodles. As for that exact brand I'm not sure. I believe I've seen those rice cakes there though.
