Yes, I think you can, since you can buy food outside and bring it in. Most breweries around here that don't have kitchens let you bring food.

Yes. They don't mind. There are several barrels that you can post up at and snack while drinking. Occasionally, when the back beer garden is open, there's actual tables you could sit at. I'd just keep the food off the main bar.
